Nancy has been kicking my ass for 5 years and we’ve had a lot of fun. Her training techniques have extended my worn out badminton knees by a few years, now I’m getting ready for replacement surgery and she has a new program for that. Nancy is a professional and takes her work seriously but in a way that makes her sessions a weekly event I look forward to!

I have been working with Nancy as my personal trainer since September 2019. She is knowledgeable, observant, thorough, diligent and caring (especially if you are motivated and compliant!) We started meeting virtually in 2019 when I was travelling. Chronic pain has been with me for 40 years, including but not limited to: disk degeneration and osteoarthritis, headaches affecting my sleep, partially torn rotator cuff, elbow pain, left knee, scoliosis and torn ligaments in SI joint. Pain treatments are expensive and time-consuming. I have had lengthy treatments of the following: Physiotherapy, chiropractic (including NUCCA), intramuscular stimulation, (IMS) trigger point injections, Botox injections, nerve blocks and nerve ablations. I have taken no medication since July 2020. My pain has diminished substantially, headaches have reduced significantly and my sleep has improved.
I feel younger and fitter than at any time in the past. I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone who wants to achieve a higher level of fitness.
