Nancy is a personal trainer who works with a variety of clients of various ages, interests, and aptitudes. Her practical work focuses primarily on functional fitness, spinal stabilization, corrective exercise therapy, and core stability training. She actively assists clients with strength training, weight management/nutrition programming, and lifestyle coaching.

Nancy also works with clients dealing with chronic illness issues, and offers rehabilitation programming and structural exercise therapy. A special interest includes lifestyle and balanced living coaching. She provides strong motivational support for individuals wishing to achieve both health and lifestyle goals.

She is a member of the Alberta Kinesiology Association and is committed to on-going professional growth through reading, consultations with colleagues, seminars, and conferences. She is also extending her knowledge to include a better understanding of general health and well-being through consultations with health care professionals.
Nancy’s interests include lifestyle enhancing activities like cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, strength training, healthy cooking and entertaining, camping, and spending lots of active time with her furry companion and husband.
